Biography
Eliazar Putera was born in Jakarta, Indonesia in 1983. He grew up there until he was 17 years old and he had an opportunity in 2001 to study in Sydney, Australia where now he calls it ‘home’. He got a diploma and a bachelor degree majored in Marketing and Management (in 2003 and in 2005). He then continued to study theology at one of the Bible Schools in Sydney, which he finished in 2007.
The message of God’s Grace has brought a big impact to him and has helped him to understand how important it is to know that God of the universe loves people unconditionally. He wants to take this opportunity to share this glorious message of God’s Grace. He hopes that everyone both believers and non-believers could understand how much we are LOVED by Him.
Many churches have forgotten preaching the real Gospel but instead they preach a message of DO’s and DON’TS, worldly wisdom, ‘practical’ teachings, condemning teachings under the umbrella of good intentions, political messages, philosophy teachings, or anything alike which FOCUS is on man-strength instead of His strength and often is not Christ-centered. The Gospel is not about what we must DO for God, but what God has DONE for us on the cross on our behalf.
He wants everyone to know that God is not an angry God, He loves every single person the same as He loves His Son Jesus, every person is created in His image, and you are NOT a mistake, His plan towards you is to prosper you, to bless you, and He is our perfect Father. He believes that the most powerful force in this world is the Love of God. Christianity is not about right doing but it is about right believing that produces good fruits.
